What I mean by viable resources is a resource that has the actual complete file. What I''ve been encountering for well over a month now is that any file one chooses to download can only be downloaded partially and then even though there appear to be resources none of those are viable to complete the download.

The files you are trying to download do not have enough sources. You can try the search for more sources tool.

In such treads I always repeat my true story when I have download in que, it was there for 6 months about without sources. I have forgotten it is there even, however I wanted it. And after those 6 months it has made me a surprise and has completed download. Source in this case has reappeared in other time zone, so if I would not left it for longer time it would not download at all. Well nobody has got any duty to share. So sometimes this not work.
Or just you need to clear all in F9 to load new ones, sometimes this helps.
