Can I Recover Lost BitTorrent Files still Seeding?

Recently for unknown reasons, XP restarted itself and did a CHKDSK, in the process removing hundreds of what I thought were just orphaned bits. Then I discovered I'd lost many files.
I lost 50GB of files and by using Recuva was able to save half of them.

Some of them were originally downloaded via BitTorrent and these are still seeding well past 100%. I'd like to replace them without having to download them from the beginning if possible.

Can I find and recover copies of these lost files from the Shareaza/Incomplete folder, where I am told Shareaza keeps another completed copy of BitTorrent files that are still being uploaded (seeded) to others?
I've looked inside the Shareaza/Incomplete folder and can't seem to identify the files I want.

Great, but what do I do with these two files with the extensions ".partial" and ".sd"?
