New broadband service and VERY slow running of shareaza

I have recently moved home and have had to switch from Virgin cable to TalkTalk broadband. My downloads from shareaza have now shifted from around 75KB/s to 8B/s!!! I assume this is due to a problem with my settings, or my router, or a Firewall???
Now that I am on normal Broadband and am using the TalkTalk router HUAWEI HG521 (via ethernet cable not wirelessly) what should my Shareaza settings be and is there anything I should do to configure router or Firewall to enable me to enjoy decent download speeds on shareaza??
The internet via my TalkTalk connection is working fine so general connection speeds etc are acceptable.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Please do the connection test that you can find within the help menu of Shareaza and report the result here.

Results
TCP: The TCP connection has timed out. This can be due to a stealth firewall or router that has not been configured properly for Shareaza.
UDP: An answer has been received from your client! This means that Shareaza is able to receive UDP packets from the network.
At least one problem has been detected and you probably have to configure your firewall or router for Shareaza. If you need help with configuring your firewall or router, visit this page on the wiki: FAQ: Routers/Firewalls.

Yes, it does. zigozag will probably be able to give more detailed advice, but the result means Shareaza is configured correctly and the problem is either your router or firewall being configured to only accept UDP instead of both TCP and UDP. (Or TCP rule being set but having incorrect port number.) So now you have some idea what to look for and where. Not a bad start.

Detail log kboote quoted says "UDP only 4%". So it is not that rare, it seems.
