Sounds like a LowID problem to me. Scman14, could you please do the connection test from within the Help menu of Shareaza and report the result here?

It worked for me. Check your firewall or ad blockers blocked the site.

It was probably a temporary outage.
They had a thunderstorm at the time. ;]
