Ryo-oh-ki, I urge you to take action: connecting to gnutella and Gnutella2 seems to get more and more difficult by the day, which means we're loosing users each day. Plz release a new version with Discovery.EnableG1GWC set to true by default.

Me three. There have been quite a lot of bugfixes since 2.6 and some of the fixed issues were quite annoying, so unless the debugs are giving lots of crash reports 2.6.1.0 should happen.

We can release it as a beta version, so users will expect some bugs to be present. Like this they won't be that much disappointed if they stumble over one of them.

Should probably fix ed2k upload first, though. In current stable and older debug builds it works if you change frame size to a functional value. The latest debug has the same issue, but it can't be fixed by changing frame size. Besides the bug is probably a simple typo or something like that in the latest commits and trivially fixed once found. And the setting should probably be a boolean that switches between 10 and 90, anyway. I can't see any reason why anyone would want to use a value that isn't either the default (10) or the largest that works (90).

I've been following recent commits. eD2k uploading has been redesigned lately to allow larger upload rates, so it's probably not just about changing a typo somewhere...

Is this why it doesn't connect to G1 and G2 and Host Cache is empty and I have to query discovery hosts manually?

No, IMHO both problems should originate from different sources. eD2k communication should not affect gnutella/G2 network connectivity...
