Security xml version 2.0

Ryo-oh-ki, during my work for the Quazaa Security Library, I have made some adjustments to the way Quazaa will write security rules to xml files. Enough changes in fact that I deemed the resulting xml structure version 2.0. Would you be interested in using those same changes for Shareaza?
