browser.htm broken

I just discovered that when the file browser.htm is loaded (the page that displays when a user has disabled sharing to web browsers) it is missing all the images. Either they were not uploaded to sourceforge or else someone deleted/moved them not realizing what they were for

May be encode images in page by data url? Or not use them?

why make things complicated? here are the images. They need to uploaded to http://shareaza.sourceforge.net/images/

the image "Top.png" does not load in IE. I have not tested in safari or chrome, but FF and opera both work. This should not be included if it does not work on all browsers since, as it is now, all our browser specific code is cross-browser
