The most basic problem of all problem

Hello, this is my first time in this forum (also first time in getting in VC (or so called visual c?).... Anyway, since im interested in this project, which i could use as reference to my college project, im planning to learn from the code within the source code, however im currently facing an issue where i don't even know how to open the project (meaning that there are many folder in the source code .rar file, and i don't even know which .sln that could show an graphic interface just like creating project in vb.net did).... Can anyone tell me the way? and no, im not compiling it first, im just really trying to open which one is the correct project file from so many folders... Helps appreciated
