DC++ - Connecting to a known Hub not possible

Hey,
I have been trying out our DC++ support today for the first time. The problem is the Hub I'd like to connect to is not listed within a DC++ Hub list file, but I know only its IP (it's a Hub in a private intranet filesharing network at my universiy). However if I use the connect to dialog, a chat connection is opened to the Hub instead of a server connection. Maybe the connect to dialog should give a choice whether to establish a chat connection or a server connection...

BTW, I couldn't find any way to manually add an IP to the Host Cache, which should be possible IMHO.

EDIT: How can I use a username and PW on a DC++ server?

Every DC++ hub has built-in chat, its part of protocol.

could we block those messages or maybe move them to the system log like we do with ed2k? having that private chat thing pop up every time you connect to a new DC++ hub is really annoying and there is really no need to reply to it.

DC++ chat notification is very annoying... can we make this a silent mode without popup or notification...
