Is it possible to add a feature that allows you to select to download only part of the files in a multi-file torrent? This feature is available on other torrent clients, so it should be technically doable. Thanks.

This feature already exists. Have a look at the properties of the multi file torrent. In the files tab you can select the download priority of the different files as well as whether you would like to download them at all.

Shareaza uninstaller removes all registry entries created during installation and Shareaza work. For example which registry key was left?

I know about some Uninstallers ( e.g. Advanced Uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller ) which can trace installations.
They should remove all entries in registry which where creating during install.
