[BUG #004] Troubles with eMule/eDonkey partials import

eMule/eDonkey partial import was totally broken from version 2.3 of Shareaza.

Since merging with raspopov's "new_file_system" branch there is no more crashes, stupid messages and strange temporary files, but all imported partials are empty.
