Same hash files but with different names counted as a source

in this post, queuesclimber says: "you will really run into trouble if you search by hash, and getting different file names."
so i want to ask if Shareaza is using files with different names (but same ed2k hash) as another sources while downloading? If not, i thing it would be beneficial. At same time i should be notified that i am already downloading same hash file if i accidentally DL same file named differently.
