This forum - i can not subscribe to a topic?

Hello, i posted a reply into a topic inside "Help and Support" section. But when submitting it and after it was submitted i am unable to find any way to get e-mail notified once reply is here.
I Checked my profile, Subscriptions page, and i am not subscribed to that topic, but i am to others i participated in the past.

Can you please allow to subscribe topic to get e-mail notification of replies?

All outgoing connections (including e-mail) has been blocked by SourceForge a year ago, effectively disabling hosted sites like this phpBB forum...
