Announcing Ongoing Envy Fork.

Envy 2.0 has been released, after 2 years of active development forked from the
PeerProject mirror of Shareaza.
It is
mostly up to date with the last Shareaza update
r9700 from almost 2 years ago.
Effectively, PeerProject retired when Shareaza did, as a close mirror, and Envy was created to push on further development and cleanup as a major polished fork with its own direction. Shareaza still gets 3,300 downloads a week without any activity for years; and while it was never my intention to undermine Shareaza, it feels long overdue to promote my ongoing work as an active alternative.
I am happy to continue to support Shareaza in some small ways, but I hope you take a look at Envy -and maybe offer some feedback. That is where all my work will be.
Also check out the
GetEnvy.com/archives, historic mirrors of fragile Shareaza related sites, and loosely related but lost such as the
Limewire wiki, and
the-gdf.org. Happy to host any related material you may have.

(Shareaza and Envy)-Setup will mess up with 20-Win10-Errors on fresh installing.
Sharaza 2.7.10.2/VC15 runs like charm ( Edit: with win and linux )
----------
Ignore that errors !

Can you please checkout vs2019.bat
On second PC installed vs_community, Tortoise, 7-zip and inno5-unicode
Downloaded trunk, running vs2019.bat, starting envy.sln and "Rebuild Solution"
But debugX64-compiling crashes with "...using VS2017-Toolset (v1.41) wich is not installed"
Home-PC compiles well with VS15 and VS17
---------------
There are 2 crashpoints when starting envy.exe after Installation by "Loading GUI"
- Unhandelt Exception in ntdll.dll
- Problem with RTL-language

Someone with issues please try the .exe in the attached .zip for Visual Studio 2019 x64 based builds support, regardless of specific Windows version. (Give any exact errors if that still doesn't work) Note the Envy release installer selects 32 or 64-bit as needed.

If you are reading with:
we need some requistsits
- boost-headers ( fixed by skinvista ) .............no need to download
-
tortoise ( for downloading the trunk )
-
inno-setup-unicode ( for installer compress )
Maybe win is corrupt or code

Please try the new Envy 3.0 release (fix).
Thanks for all the feedback, I wasn't able to replicate the problem until recently.
(A silent failure after loading the default unskinned flag images in release builds only.)

Some annoying thing:
Release crashes incorrect into VS debugger
Debug crashes into Bugtracker with no Option/Button to debug. Can you please change this ?
Oh, I mean the crash has to open VS debugger, not not Bugtrack ......or with an option

Spend some time with the Visuals installing
VC15: Compiles well, even Intel.
VC17: Compiles NOT with toolset 1.41_xp, but with 1.40_xp (no Intel)
VC19: Compiles NOT with toolset 1.42_xp, but with 1.40_xp (no Intel)
