ISP changes DNS address

I have to enter DNS addess into IPv4 setting of windows to be able to surf web. This address is provided by my ISP. I go to my combo router configuration page, copy Primary and Secondary DNS addresses and paste them into IPv4 settings.

The problem is from time to time my ISP changes primary address so I effectively disconnect. What can I do for it:?: Is there a way to make windows change IPv4 according to it?

[off-topic]
Some times I have to delete cookies to be able to log into this site. And I don't know why :!:

You can try using Google's DNS servers. Their IP addresses are below.

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

At least they do not change.

As a reliable backup I put two OpenDNS servers at the bottom of the list in case everything else fails.

208.67.222.222
208.68.220.220

They are open to the public, so anybody can use them.
