Trac and MediaWiki

As we have decided to use Trac as our developer Wiki and the MediaWiki as the user knowledge base, I'd like to migrate the entire programming section from the MediaWiki to the Trac Wiki and to remove the pages on the Trac Wiki that belong in the MediaWiki, as it will be very difficult to keep 2 different versions of every page up-to-date - in fact, we even don't manage to keep one version of the Wiki up-to-date.

BTW, we should create a template on both Wikis to make linking to the other one more easy.
Example:
{{MW:*nameofthepage*}} and {{Trac:*nameofthepage*}}
