Well, I have PeerBlock and Shareaza and PeerBlock does not block the connection test, so that is not the issue. You probably have rule banning the address for the server of the shareaza sub-domain in your personal block list. Alternately you might have of file in your system that redirects the sub-domain to an incorrect IP address that really should be blocked and is on the block list. For example, if you previously had one of the fake Shareaza versions installed it might have added the redirect to your system so that trying to get the real Shareaza redirects to their fake site. (Which no longer works since most links no longer use the Shareaza sub-domain but directories in the main sourceforge.net domain.) What exactly does PeerBlock say it is blocking?
Anyway if it is a blocklist issue, open the protection tab in PeerBlock, try doing a connection test in Shareaza, and in PeerBlock right click on the block in the log and and choose allow permanently. If it instead looks like you are being redirected to a fake address, you need to fix that instead.
EDIT: Noticed you actually told what PeerBlock says. Looks like a false redirect. "iWeb Dedicated CL2" apparently is a hosting service that has had a fake eDonkey server on it, hence the block. Probably better not to "allow" it... Needless to say this is not where doing a connection test should take you...
EDIT 2: Although it is possible sourceforge uses their services for people living close to Montreal?
