Help Firewalled Users

UPnP doesn't work for me because I am behind a NAT. I've tried everything to get a good, clean connection. Search is horrible for me. I can start a search and get lots of results, then stop that search and start a new one, and nothing happens at all. It takes about 10 tries to get G2 to start querying again. Downloads suck for everything except for music. Add NAT Traversal or something that can help us users who are firewalled. Please?!?!

Is there no way you might be able to configure that NAT?

Have you tried to use port 80? That port is usually open because it is the port that is used for web browsing.

Yes, I've tried using port 80, and the crazy thing is Ares works great on port 80, no issues at all. Shareaza on the other hand still gives me issues. I know that the hardware I am using doesn't support UPnP because I'm using 4G mobile hotspot for my internet. I'm tethering my phone. Limewire used to work great as well. Frostwire works great too. It's just Shareaza doesn't. lol

This is strange indeed. It would be interesting to find out why these programs work and Shareaza does not...
