Errors that may prevent installation from completing
These errors may sometimes be presented when upgrading from an old version of Shareaza to a newer version after some system changes, or if the user made some invalid configuration changes and then upgraded.
Unable to create directory
When upgrading from a previous version that has an invalid paths stored in the registry, A message may be displayed and setup exists.
Setup was unable to create the directory "P:\Program Files" Error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.
- One solution may be to uninstall shareaza and do a clean installation
- If you wish to upgrade your installation then check for a matching path under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Shareaza
For example the TorrentPath key might point to an incorrect location under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Shareaza\Shareaza\Download\
