This was mainly copied from this page in Trend Micro's web site.

1. Open the PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 main console.

   * Click Start > All Programs or Programs > Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 > Main Console.

2. Click Network Security on the left panel.

3. Click Personal Firewall on the right.

4. Go to the Manage Profiles section. Click the active firewall profile. This is the profile name with an icon next to it. Choose to Edit the profile, then go to the exceptions tab.

5. Add a new rule. You'll eventually want to create two rules for Shareaza (select shareaza.exe as the specified application). One for incoming connections, and one for outgoing connections. You could, perhaps, call one Shareaza incoming, and the other Shareaza outgoing.

6. For the incoming rule, the Connection should be set to incoming, the Action to allow, the protocol to both, the ports to Whatever your Shareaza listen port is, and the ip setting to all. The port Shareaza listens on can be chosen within Shareaza settings --> internet --> connection --> port.

For the outgoing rule, the Connection should be set to outgoing, the Action to allow, the protocol to both, the ports to any (since the people you are connecting-out to could be listening on any port), and the ip setting to all.

7. Click ok then apply so that the rule is saved and applied.
