If Shareaza is still running, close it. If you can't close it, Open Windows Task Manager and use End Task on Shareaza.exe.
Then go to C:\Program Files\Shareaza\ (default). Open the Data directory. Delete (or move) the Library1.dat file. Restart Shareaza.
The Library1.dat file contains information about all the files in your library.
If you installed Shareaza on a PC with mulitple user accounts, the Data directory may be located at this path: C:\Documents and Settings\{your user name}\Application Data\Shareaza\Data
You can always try finding it with Windows' Find program. However, the directory may be 'hidden' so in the find options, be sure to search for hidden files and folders as well!
There is also a Library2.dat file , but you don't need to delete it. If it doesn't work the first time, try deleting both.
Lastly you can try reinstalling Shareaza.
