How to configure the US Robotics Wireless Turbo Router USR8054 for Shareaza?

Step 1

Open your web browser and enter the IP address of your router (per default 192.168.123.254).

Step 2

Enter the username and password (per default the username is "admin" and there is no password, but you hopefully set one)

Step 3

Click on the "Access"-Tab and then on "Special App." File:Specialapp.png

Step 4

• Set the Special Applications Trigger to "Enable"
• Enter a name for description, e.g. "Shareaza"
• Set the Trigger Protocol to "*" to select both protocol types TCP and UDP
• Set the Trigger Port Range to the Shareaza Port 6346 (or the one you entered in the Shareaza Connection Settings)
• Set the Incoming Protocol to "*" to select both protocol types TCP and UDP
• Set the Incoming Port to the Shareaza Port 6346 (or the one you entered in the Shareaza Connection Settings)
• Click add

Step 5

The router restarts automatically and the settings are applied. Enjoy Shareaza ;-)
