add a few features to CBuffer refactor zlib

make every decision to make it more likely for the code to get into shareaza

put in Write, Wrote, Collapse, Available

do put in CData for CCompress, but not for CBuffer yet

once that's in refactor every place that uses CZLib to use CCompress add CData, CBuffer16 merge and unify the InsertAt logic of CBuffer so it only calls realloc one place

now can you get the 2.0 hashing code running in the zootella test project do it, then start refactoring it around the interface you designed
