Syntax
Requires 3 parameters specifying the pages between Page d'accueil and the current page.
{{Nav5Fr|name of the first page in the middle|name of the second page in the middle|name of the third page in the middle|name of the fourth page in the middle}}
Attention: This template adds automatically the categories {{{1}}}, {{{2}}}, {{{3}}} and {{{4}}} to the page in which it is used.
