Recovered Pages Template?

I was looking at the section about adding comments to edited pages and I don't think that typing that string of text in manually is the best way to do it. I think we should create a simple template(box w/ background color) for that purpose. We could then take advantage of mediawiki's special "what links here" page to display all pages using that template
