First you have to find out which port shareaza uses: Shareaza Settings --> Internet --> Connection: Port.

Open the firewall's interface and press the Applications button (on top second from the left). Highlight Shareaza and click the Advanced button on the bottom.

Make sure the 'act as server' and 'act as client' are both checked and enter the port number in the local TCP and UDP fields. Click ok.
