Motivation
This template is thought to replace all links to the Dev Wiki (Trac) in the Wiki. This makes it more easy to replace all links in case this should be necessary in future.

Syntax
{{Trac|internal link|link name}}
Note that neither parameter is necessary. If the second one misses, the linked to page title is used as link name, if both miss however, the template creates a link to our Dev Wiki's Main Page. If only the first one misses, the second one can be used to precise a different name for the link to the Dev Wiki's Main Page.
