A User Experience for Port Forwarding

Users get much better results from Shareaza when they set up port forwarding. If more users were able to do it, the network as a whole would improve. Right now, the user experience for port forwarding in Shareaza is unecessarily complex. By organizing the parts of the program that talk about port forwarding, we could get more users to do it.

Techncial Requirement

The network code in shareaza needs to be able to tell if it is behind a firewall or not. It should be looking at the network traffic always, and be able to notice external connectivity turning on and off.
