Wikipedia provides a convenient tool in the "toolbox" section of the left-hand sidebar of the page (that is, below the puzzle-globe logo). This tool is labelled "Cite this page" and appears on every article. It provides bibliographic details for the article and automatically creates appropriate citations in a number of recognized formats. If your teacher has suggested or requested a particular citation format like MLA or APA, this is the easiest route.
