I placed an xml declaration inside a string, so that people with short tag <? set to yes will not receive a fatal error message when run for the small update 0.8.0.1.
Problem fixed in Beacon Cache II 0.8.0.1.
Sorry for that folks, it's just that I had my own server with that config disabled, so I didn't see that error for myself.
