Automatic connection doesn't work - r9405tr

The automatic connection to the Hubs and sources doesn't work anymore.
Manual connection, so far works for Hubs and G2 sources, but eD2k sources ? No access, no conneting.
Back to r9397. Start testing if this happens in r9400 as well.
....9400tr works.
OT: Why razawebhook32 is needed when building x64 ? Can this be please removed from x64.sln ?

No, there are 32 bit web browsers on x64 systems. For the webhook to work in those browsers a 32 bit build of the webhook is required.

Network code has not been changed in those commits.
