Is there anyway I can force particular files to download?

I have two files that are nearly completely downloaded, and each of them has many sources.

Yet they stubbornly refuse to complete the downloading.

Is there anyway I can force these particular files to download?

Having so much sources does not mean they have a short queue.
Could you check what position in the queue you have?

If you trying downloading a file only existing <on the fly>
it took som time.
