is there any way I can move partial downloads onto my hard

Currently I have several files that are supposed to be downloading.

In the past partial downloads were downloaded onto my computer's hard drive.

This is no longer true. The downloads seem to exist somewhere else.

WShy is this happening and is there any way I can move partial downloads onto my hard drive?

As soon as the download has started, you should have a temporary file on the incomplete folder.
Can you double check transfer already started?
