Not getting downloads

Problem again! Every time I restart sz I have to restart all my downloads. I have to unpause everything again to start them. I am also not getting downloads again. Right now I am downloading 1.25 KB/s and zero downloads and the uploads are 57 KB/s with 28 uploads. I have run the connection test and I get good results. What is wrong?

Somewhat unrelated, but figured I would post a similar story:

With Morpheus(after they stopped being a kazaa clone but before they lost to the RIAA/MPAA), I could rarely ever get the networks to connect. I tried bypassing my router completely, changing the ports to random different ones. Nothing on my system had changed, and there was no firewall or anything but I still could not get anything to connect, when I was able to searches were limited and downloads were rarely above 1KB/s. Other programs would work though. I never did figure out the problem, but this seems very similar.

Is there another program I can use? I hate to have to switch but I will if I have too. I just hate the thought of losing all the partial downloads I have. I doubt I can transfer files from one program to another.

Ok I have no clue what's going on but after sitting there for a few hours it's now running at near 200 again. I have no idea what happened but I am never turning it off again
