Gnutella library

Hello. I'm newbie in coding, and only what I make it is several mobile games.
But i dream about something like seesu http://seesu.me/ working on all platform and using peer-to-peer network. And i think about gnutella 2.
I make program using haxe, and want to ask- is there any libraries for crossplatform gnutella network?

Sorry for my english, but I hope you understand what i mean. I think this app will be good for all network.

There is GnucDNA: http://gnucleus.sourceforge.net/GnucDNA/
But it is old and I think died, not sure if it still works; I'm not sure about OS support.
