Startup problems

I'm currently running the latest preview build of Windows 10. Whenever I try to start up Shareaza, it seems to hang up at the point of "starting up libraries." It then becomes "not responding" as far as Windows is concerned. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Shareaza several times now, but no luck. What do you suggest?

My current setup is as follows:

Biostar G41D-M7 motherboard
Core2Duo (socket 775) @ 3.0 GHz.
4 GB RAM (the maximum it will hold)
1 TB SATA hard drive (primary)
250 GB SATA hard drive (secondary)
Radeon XT1600 video card w/512 MB RAM (I will be upgrading to a better video card ASAP!)
