What does Shareaza shares?

When I installed Shareaza, the first thing it did was to show a "creating hashes" notification at the bottom-right of the window; and, when I messed with the program a bit more, I found out that there was a "library" with my files in it, being shared. What does Shareaza share? It only share media files? Or it does share my personal info too, with all my documents in it? Thanks to any person who respond.

AFAIK, it will share everything except systemfiles, like desktop.ini or thumbs.db
