You're not connected. Most of the HUB need the registration by operators.
In addition, owners of the hub may ban some clients that they feel "unwelcome". Some HUB allow to enter their servers at all but to do searches and to download registration is still required. I tell you with certainly because use ApexDC ++ regularly.
