32 & 64 bit installation fail ver 2.7.9.0

I got a runtime error (at -1:0):
Cannot Import
dll:<uft8>C;\Userers Ray|AppData\Local\Temp\is-D63GS.tmp\idp.dll

The five characters before ".tmp" vary

I also got a virus notification when trying to install the 32 & 64.bit version from Norton:
Trojan.Gen.8!cloud

Can anyone help? I've been using Shareaza for 10 years w/o probs

It's very strange since "idp.dll" is not even false positive: 0/60 on VirusTotal including no warings from Symantec (Norton) anti-virus.
