Inno was installed. GZip copied to Windows. Working,
7-Zip also installed
All Windows-Updates doing twice times, with Visual 2015
Something missing ?

I'm really sorry for the Störung.
There was a need for installing a fresh Win. I have printied out the installkey. But there was a Typo.
So I used the alternative key.

That was the Problem.
After checking and fixing the regular Key, now everything is working fine again.

Can you please check out v141 ? It is not working
Copying v141 to v14 .sln and rebuild it is doing with VS2017
