Search General Throttle

Hi, can anyone know and tell what Search General Throttle under the Advanced setting does?

The following is what the "Options.Advanced" page has about this setting at this URL, "http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/shareaza/index.php?title=Options.Advanced".

there is only one line on the page describing about this setting -- "Search.GeneralThrottle Default: 200 ".

I didn't look at the code, so I can't say for sure. the value is in milliseconds so my guess is that it does not have to do with speed, or it would be in bytes/second. It is probably a timeout of some sort

To have more certainty you should ask devs at chat (and in moment they are and have time) or just look into code to find out what it was designed for. Everything is for common people.

It's minimum delay between same search requests to prevent hub/server hammering.

I have added this explanation to wiki. Please verify and correct if needed https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/ ... ced#Search . Besides there is undefined "Search.AdvancedPanel Default: 1 (True)', what is this?
And one more question: there was a setting which forced tabs and menus to be displayed in one and the same raw. I have lost in with PP forums. Could you remind me what it was? I remember it was to be set 1 to display in one raw. Thanks in advance.
