What is localize Metadata option in 2.5 for?

What is localize Metadata option in 2.5 for?

In 2.5 there is a shaded not available ever option that reads Localize Metadata. Any idea what it was meant to be for?

It allow to select different codepage for non-unicode metadata.

The fact that this is only for non-Unicode MetaData should be added to the descriptive sentence inside of Shareaza...
