[BUG #006] Shareaza became unresponsive

Shareaza became unresponsive when adding security rules:

When you have more then one search windows with big amount of hits, and u ban something in one of them, Shareaza became unresponsive for 1 to 6 seconds (on decent PC, using XP or VISTA 32bit).

Reported in 8028 build.

This is caused by inefficient search list filtering and a badly designed GUI. Solving it will be difficult but WildCard is currently doing some ameliorations to the locking problems (= badly designed GUI) so there *might* be a fix in the months to come.
