'Sources for this file may be unstable'

I searched for my own contributions and for each one it said 'Sources for this file may be unstable'. Is this because I am the only source? I forwarded the port but I'm still displayed as an unstable source. Is there anything I can do about that?

Do you pass the connection test (see the help menu) on the computer you are sharing the files on?
Because if you don't, this can be - and probably is - the reason for the problem(s) you're experiencing.
