I ran Shareaza under application verifier supervision for a while on closing a stop was trigerred.
Here is the minidump.

Probably its debug breakpoint (assert) in Application Verifier code which doing some additional checks after memory deallocated in unloading GFLImageServices plugin on Shareaza exit. So you need to send this report to Microsoft.
