Hello my old friends!

Postby kjf2 » 17 Jun 2010 15:21

About a year ago old death emailed me and asked me if I´d still be willing to moderate the new shareaza forum.

I did have some real life problems, and so, sorry I did not answer him.

Now I had some difficulties to remember my password to the forums, but I did manage it ! :D

So I´m back here again.

For those who do not remember me:

- I authored the "shareaza security blocklist" up to when even the spammers on g2 went to dynamic IP-adresses - so I gave up on this.

- I was for some time one of the moderators of the german part of the old shareaza forums.

Hello again to you all !!!! :D

PS: What the hell did happen here?
A Year ago these forums were full of discussions , new threads, new ideas and new postings every minute. Now it all looks quite dead :?:

So a file can only be verified once it has been completely downloaded? And in case there is a corruption, the entire file needs to be retransferred? Doesn't sound good to me...
