I am a graduate student in University of Munich majoring in software economics. The topic of my study is “perceived turnover of members in Open source projects”, trying to find out some influential factors based on motivation-hygiene theory. It focuses on developers´ motivation of participating in open source project, and reasons for quitting. And it can also be considered as a platform for you to tell us your satisfaction or dissatisfaction of your developing experience.
