Can't handle HTTP dls correctly

My HTTP download starts downloading but after about 25 seconds stop downloading and 600s is shown. After that amount of time it reconnects and the scenario is repeated. Although in wait time nothing else is downloaded and bandwidth is wasted.

What kind of source is it? (Gnutella, Gnutella 2, HTTP servers all use HTTP transfers...) Does it happen with more than one file/source?
