possibility exists hereafter to use mediainfo.dll for the information of media (avi, mpeg, rmvb, mkv, mp3, aac, ogg...)?

IIRC he is suggesting the use of Mediainfo.dll for Shareaza. Take a look on http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en/Download/Windows , there's a stand-alone dll for eMule.
