transfers have disapperead overnight

I just installed Shareaza on a new computer, a program ive used many times before...and during the night all of my transfers (dozens of them) have disappeared and im no longer seeing any downloads much less anything..like it crashed taking all of my transfers with it. I can see partial downloaded files in the temp folder of the external hard drive i designated. Is this the problem? Can i get these partials up and running in Shareaza again? or are they lost? If anyone can help it would be fantastic....thanks

in the transfers view click the "filter" button in the bottom left corner or the downloads section and make sure that "show all" is selected. It could be that these files are now "pending"(or paused, or no sources) and might not show up if "show all" is not selected.

thanks for getting back. I'm using just the basic view or mode....very standard. I'm not seeing any of the functions you mentioned to check...such as the "filter button'...i apologize for my lack of knowledge. Any ideas....many thanks.

Either Shareaza has an incorrect incomplete folder set (change to correct in settings/downloads.) or it is unable to access the folder you specified (change incomplete folder to somewhere else and copy the files there).

To change Shareaza from Basic Mode to Power Mode:

At the top of the Shareaza interface, click on View. At the bottom of the View menu, there is Basic Mode (checked) and Power Mode. Select Power Mode and click on Yes in the next dialog box that appears.
